Approved refunds will exclude taxes, value-added tax (VAT), credit or debit card fees, and currency conversion rates for payments made in GBP, AED, USD, ZAR, or any other currency processed through our designated payment processor, Stripe. Account statements may reflect charges as OLIVE-AC or OLIVEAC on user bank statements.

Olive Academy exclusively accepts payments through secure online methods facilitated by a trusted third-party payment service provider. We do not accept cash payments or transactions involving cryptocurrency. Any attempt by parents or users to unilaterally seek a refund or initiate a chargeback directly through their respective financial institution or Stripe, without prior communication and resolution with Olive Academy, will result in immediate suspension of account access. Such actions are considered fraudulent, leading to the suspension of services for associated users, including children registered under the account.
