Welcome to Olive Academy, a platform dedicated to providing educational services for schools, teachers, and parents. By accessing and utilizing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration and Use

Access to Olive Academy’s services requires user registration using valid email and password information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and must not share their login credentials with others.

Platform Usage and Services

Olive Academy offers a comprehensive array of services, including but not limited to payment facilitation, coursework submission, registration, document uploads, homework submission, attendance tracking, and subscription management through our integrated payment gateway, Stripe.

Users engaging with our platform are solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of document uploads, and we reserve the right to conduct random checks to ensure compliance with platform policies.

Data Protection, Retention, and Verification

Olive Academy values data protection and privacy. Student data is stored for 12 months following their departure from the platform, while parent payments and logs are retained for 2 years. For adults using the platform, documentation such as passport or Emirates ID must be accurate and correct.

We conduct random Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to maintain data quality and protect our staff and company. It's imperative that user-provided information is true, accurate, and up-to-date.

Access Permissions and Communication

Parents and teachers have specific access permissions within the platform. They can view student records and communicate with students through the platform. This access is granted to facilitate educational interactions and is closely monitored to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of student and parent information.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy dictates the conditions for refunds, specifying that they do not include taxes, VAT, credit or debit card fees, or currency conversion rates.
